Who do I contact for support?

Do I have special way to login to the migrated HuB?
Yes. Please refer to this Job Aid for the new login process. Please do not use your Tyson login information until the migration is complete.
Why are we migrating the legacy Hillshire HuB to The Source?
As part of our ongoing integration effort, we are migrating all legacy Hillshire HuB content to the Tyson SharePoint site, currently referred to as The Source. Merging these two sites will ease some of the challenges we have faced in trying to collaborate across the sites. After this migration is complete, all Hillshire HuB content will maintain the same look and structure while being hosted and available through The Source.
Why is it taking so long to do the migration?
The timeline for the migration was determined based on the amount of content that needs to be moved, the capacity of the tool being used to assist in moving the content, and the time required to complete testing and validation of all sites.

What about OneDrive?
Your OneDrive content will be moved as part of the migration. Any additional libraries that have been created will not be moved in the migration. Please refer to this Job Aid to find out if you have files that will not be migrated. If you sync your OneDrive, additional instructions on how to change to source of the sync will be provided post go-live. To find out if you use sync, please refer to this Job Aid. For instructions on how to re-sync your OneDrive from the Hub to the Source, please refer to this Job Aid
What about OneNote?
The migration will not impact OneNote unless you are using sync. If you are syncing, please contact Gerald Jacob if you need support.
What about the sites I'm "following?"
Sites you are following will not be moved as part of the migration. All HuB users will be responsible to re-follow the site. After go-live, you will not be able to see the sites you have followed. Please refer to this Job Aid on how to document the sites you are following. Please complete the steps in the job aid prior to the freeze.

Why do I see workflow/task list automated emails that have been completed already?
It has been brought to our attention that TEAM Members are receiving emails from HuB sites that contain task lists and workflows that have been configured to send auto-generated emails. This is occurring as a result of the migration to The Source. PLEASE IGNORE all such email(s). We anticipate seeing auto-generated emails again during the freeze for any new task lists of workflows that were created after the initial site migration was complete.
How are we handling external users?
Sites owners have confirmed which external users will need access to the HuB going forward. These users have all been invited to the new SharePoint URL.
Why did the IE home page change to The Source?
We changed the IE home page to start getting users accustomed to using one location, i.e. The Source for all of their intranet content
How do I get my Tysonet AD login name and password?
Please contact theTyson Help Desk at 800-866-4357 or 479-290-4305. You will be prompted for your Tyson ID; if you do not have it, press 0 to talk to a Tyson representative.
What about my favorites?
After the migration is complete, you will be responsible to manually update all your favorites. Pre-migration, we recommend you capture your favorites either by taking a screen shot or writing them down.
How do I access 3rd party sites, such as Ebuy, Concur, etc. post freeze?
You will access all 3rd party sites the same way you do today - from the HuB.
What is the 'freeze' and what happens during it?
The freeze is one of the final steps required to complete the migration. During the freeze, you will not be able to access content on the HuB. After the freeze, all HuB content will be available here. OneDrive content will be available during the freeze but any documents modified during this time are not guaranteed to be updated on Tyson OneDrive. We are requesting that users save all necessary files locally during this time. Freeze dates will be communicated in the coming weeks.

How does the Hub migration fit into the overall Tyson/Hillshire integration?
The Hub migration is the 'first through the gate' of key IS infrastructure changes. These changes include but are not limited to a one domain, one email address and one helpdesk
